Can be used as calibrators, positive, negative or quality controls in assay development and manufacturing of diagnostic kits for global life science researchers.

As a global leader in the manufacture of raw materials, antibodies, and reagents for bio-technology industry, Creative Diagnostics announce that it has launched a newly developed set of humanized monoclonal antibodies (IgM, IgG or IgA) that can be used as calibrators, positive, negative or quality controls in assay development and manufacturing of diagnostic kits for global life science researchers. Theses humanized monoclonal antibodies are featured with high affinity and specificity, and continuous availability.

These antibodies consist of the human constant region of the heavy chain, mouse variable region of the heavy chain and mouse light chain. The human constant region of the heavy chain can be directly recognized by the anti-human conjugate, which can be used in numerous in vitro diagnostic assays and other life science applications with industrial batch sizes. Featured products like Anti-Gliadin Chimeric Mab (for allergy and food intolerance), Anti-LKM-1 Chimeric Mab (for auto-immunity), and Anti-CMV HHV5 Chimeric Mab ( for infectious disease) are all available at Creative Diagnostics.

"Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) are finding wide applications in various areas of medicine and biologic science. Creative Diagnostics now uses its unique manufacturing technology to advance the development of monoclonal antibody, and we believe our production capability can help to enable global clients' life science research and development. We have a suite of technologies for the discovery and development of fully human monoclonal antibodies." said Dr. Jessica Waldorf, chief scientific officer of R&D department of Creative Diagnostics.

"We're excited to bring this humanized monoclonal antibody to the customers with the advanced technologies and expert guidance of Creative Diagnostics. Together with Creative Diagnostics' existing and well-established bio-tools for qualitative and quantitative studies, and extensive experience in antibody manufacturing for researchers in biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields, our newly released  humanized monoclonal antibody can be a great help for our customers' drug development projects. We can accelerate their research process and shorten the time to save their cost." Prof. Mike Knuth, M.D., the chief scientific officer of R&D department of Creative Diagnostics, commented.

Industrial and reproducible production of standardized monoclonal antibodies can be performed at any time at Creative Diagnostics. If you want to know more information about the humanized monoclonal antibodies, please contact Creative Diagnostics at 1-631-619-7922.
