Creative Diagnostics Launches Food Analysis for Bioscience Community

Creative Diagnostics has announced the launch of a series of innovative food analysis products and services for global customers, which can be applied for industries including dairy, honey, cereals, meat, seafood, beverages, fruits, spices & nuts, and water quality.

Creative Diagnostics now offers a series of featured products for food analysis such as Vitamin B9 antibodies, conjugates and ELISA kits, and heavy metal antibodies for heavy metal immunoassay method development, as well as custom rabbit monoclonal antibodies against small molecule haptens. Analytes products such as Mycotoxins, Drug Residues, Pesticides, Vitamins, Contaminants, and Food Pathogens are available at Creative Diagnostics.

Take heavy metal contaminants for example, Creative Diagnostics provides a series of heavy metal protein conjugates and antibodies for heavy metal immunoassay method development. Heavy metal immunoassays are new methods for detection of heavy metal ions. It can be used as preliminary screening for rapid determination of heavy metal ions. Except chemical chelators, phytochelatin and metallothionein can also be used for preparing immunogen, both of which can chelate heavy metal ions to carrier protein.
