Creative Diagnostics Launches Streptavidin Beads for Researchers

20180403_1With years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life science sector, Creative Diagnostics recently launches new streptavidin beads for global researchers, which are uniform and superparamagnetic particles with a monolayer of recombinant streptavidin covalently coupled to the surface.

These streptavidin magnetic particles are pre-blocked by a layer of BSA with significantly low non-specific binding and high binding capacity. Creative Diagnostics provides a comprehensive list of immunomagnetic bead products conjugated with different coating materials and functional groups in multiple sizes to meet scientists’ need for research and industrial prospect development. The streptavidin beads offer easy affinity isolation or handling of biotinylated nucleic acids, antibodies, or other biotinylated ligands and targets without columns or centrifugation. These new products are added to the portfolio of affinity magnetic particles that can be used for affinity purification and separation of antibody, antigen, proteins and DNA/RNA, etc.

Affinity magnetic particles have high selectivity and capacity which make them ideal tools for the separation of various biomolecules. Scientists from Creative Diagnostics are proficient in conjugating various bioaffinity ligands to magnetic beads to meet our customer's needs. These ligands include antibody, biotin, streptavidin, lectin, oligo(dT) and protein A/G.
