Presented by Dr. Alan Beresford, Senior Research Fellow at BioFocus, the webinar will describe commonly used in vitro permeability assays and explain at which stages in the drug discovery process these should be used. Providing guidance on matching assay types to therapeutic areas, as well as advising on data interpretation, this webinar will also address the use of basic computational prediction models and suggest approaches for compounds with poor predicted permeability.
