Self-contained Priorclave benchtop research laboratory autoclaves are the perfect choice for start-up laboratories, established labs with low sterilising throughputs as well as lab managers wanting a more affordable, simple to operate and easy to install steam steriliser; simply plug directly into an appropriate 230v power socket.

Available in 40L and 60L chamber capacity designs, they are the smallest in the Priorclave range of autoclaves. In addition to a standard format these benchtop research laboratory autoclaves can be supplied with stand-off legs. These provide a distinct advantage for designated CAT 3 application areas, allowing much easier access beneath the autoclave for cleaning and disinfection of the laboratory work surface. This helps prevent spread of virus and eliminate potential cross contamination.

As a British autoclave design and manufacturing centre, Priorclave can often tailor the build to suit specific requirements. In addition to standard formats, the company offer options that includes highly efficient vacuum operation. These add further to their appeal for laboratories where space is limited, infrequent sterilisation takes place, or a more demanding medium requires faster processing.

Each model in the Priorclave benchtop autoclave range has a 350mm diameter chamber which is accessed through a wide aperture door for easy loading and removal, and one that incorporates a high level of personnel safety with interlock preventing opening at elevated temperatures and pressures. And every sterilising process is easily programmed through the very latest version of the proven TACTROL® controller - just set temperature and time, select any options needed and press start, operation is fully automatic once the cycle has started.

An added benefit of Priorclave’s benchtop autoclaves is the Biomaster antimicrobial surface protection given to all steriliser. Biomaster is a proven effective means of reducing the growth of MRSA, E.Coli, Salmonella, Listeria, Campylobacter and over 50 other bacteria by up to 99.99%.

Investing in the Priorclave brand gives access to an exceptional level of customer pre and after-sales support through a dedicated team always on-hand to provide expert advice, ensuring every laboratory maximises the use of these robust autoclaves.

The benchtop autoclave is part of an extensive Priorclave laboratory autoclave range that includes compact top loading machines, large format frontloading and powerdoor autoclaves as well as double-door autoclaves, pass-through and stackable units. Priorclave has also developed a large range of add-ons that can be fitted during manufacture, tailoring each autoclave purchase, ensuring it delivers the ultimate sterilising performance matched to the application.

Priorclave benchtop autoclaves are renowned for their durability and reliability. These benchtop research autoclaves are featured-packed, competitively priced and offer one of the best global after-sales support.
