Are you characterising ADCs via HIC? Do you want to determine the DAR using MS without the need for peak isolation?

In this application note the drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) of a cys-linked ADC-mimic is determined using online native HIC-MS. Using the innovative BioPro HIC BF column and a direct coupling to the mass spectrometer even degraded payloads can be detected. The application also demonstrates how to overcome the high salt concentrations which are necessary for HIC methods.

To get more details download the application note or visit our homepage to receive more information on YMC’s HIC columns for BioLC.
