Analysis of PFAS in human serum using a YMC-Triart C18 column in combination with an online SPE column-switching method

A highly sensitive LC-MS/MS method for the analysis of 28 PFAS in human serum is demonstrated in this Application Note. By combining online SPE and the robust YMC-Triart C18 column, this setup ensures excellent separation, high throughput and reliable quantification. The column provides excellent stability and performance under alkaline conditions while keeping system contamination risk at a minimum.
