New Microbore MS Optimised (U)HPLC Columns

ace ultracoreAdvanced Chromatography Technologies Limited have launched new 0.5mm and 1.0mm i.d. microbore ACE UltraCore columns, based on high efficiency, low back pressure solid-core particles with unique Encapsulated Bonding Technology (EBT). These columns have been specifically designed for demanding MS application work and deliver extremely efficient, highly symmetrical peak shapes, which ensures improved MS signal intensity. The SuperC18 phase is highly resistant to hydrolysis and contributes minimal background bleed, maximising MS response and intensity. Furthermore, the Encapsulated Bonding Technology also enables ACE SuperC18 columns to be routinely used with MS compatible buffers across an extended pH range of 1.5 to 11, allowing chromatographers to adjust eluent conditions to maximise resolution and MS signal response. A wide range of lengths from 20mm to 250mm is available. Columns are also available in analytical 2.1mm and 4.6mm i.d.s.
