Gilson's ASPEC Positive Pressure Manifold, with its single gas input and small footprint, incorporates easily into laboratory workflows
An ideal choice for SPE clean-up prior to LC-MS for bioanalysis.
The ASPEC® Positive Pressure Manifold provides uniform and consistent flow rate control for the clean-up of low- or high-viscosity samples and improves solid phase extraction (SPE) reproducibility and recovery.
The ASPEC Manifold incorporates easily into laboratory workflows and provides a fast and simple way to prepare several samples for later analysis. It offers a cost-effective approach to automation for clinical, forensic, and food or beverage testing laboratories. It is also an ideal choice for SPE clean-up prior to LC-MS for bioanalysis.
The ASPEC Positive Pressure Manifold, with its single gas input and small footprint, incorporates easily into laboratory workflows and provides a fast and simple way to prepare several samples in parallel for later analysis by chromatography. With a compact design and easy set-up, the ASPEC Positive Pressure Manifold can seamlessly integrate into your complex workflows without taking up a lot of space on your bench. It easily fits under fume hoods, which is ideal for extractions that use volatile solvents.
The universal design of the ASPEC Positive Pressure Manifold makes it compatible with popular formats, including 1, 3 and 6mL SPE tabbed and tab-less cartridges and 96-well SPE plates, all on the same platform. It uses positive pressure gas to force viscous samples into SPE cartridges, unlike traditional SPE vacuum manifolds. The multiple adjustable flow rates improve consistency among samples and recoveries, and ensures uniform flow for both low- and high-viscosity solutions.
ASPEC® SPE cartridges come in large variety of phases, silica or polymer based, and are available in 1, 3 and 6mL cartridges and 96-well plates. With high lot-to-lot reproducibility and high loading capacity, they guarantee reproducible SPE methods with high recovery and clean extraction. When combined with Gilson’s PLATEMASTER® microplate pipetting device, the ASPEC Manifold greatly increases sample preparation throughput to meet increased testing demands in the clinical, forensic and food or beverage laboratories.
Whether your priority is flexibility, throughput, or footprint, we have a reliable system for your solid phase extraction (SPE) workflow. Advanced science requires advanced solutions and our ASPEC® systems deliver better yields, reproducibility, and accuracy so you can have confidence in your results.
