We offer unrivalled service for all makes and models of pipettes by our factory-trained pipetting experts.

Pipettes can be posted to one of our Accredited Pipette Service Centres for our fast and efficient “Back-to-base” service option. Alternatively, our onsite, InLab™ Pipette Clinic is a convenient and cost-effective way to ensure your pipettes maintain their original accuracy, precision and performance capabilities whilst remaining on your site, minimising your downtime and increasing your productivity, all of which drive our ethos of making lab life easier for scientists and to ensure verifiable data.

At Gilson, we can also provide expert in-house training courses and workshops on pipette maintenance and best practice pipetting to ensure that, in addition to your annual pipette service, you and your teams are proficient in minimising pipetting errors and maximising the performance on your pipettes.
