A new Zero-Bubble septa (ZB Seal™ Closure) has been engineered and designed by (ILT) specifically for EPA vials. 

This revolutionary compression molded PTFE/Silicone liner is assembled into a 24-414 Heavy Walled cap to create the ZB SEAL™ Closure system. 

This complete liner system reduces liner fallout and enhances long term storage of samples. 

The product greatly reduces the chance of over torqueing and the probability of an air bubble (Headspace). The molded PTFE/Silicone liner is designed with a convex feature that displaces the liquid as the closure is applied and effectively seals out air. This helps to maintain sample integrity from the time of collection up to the point of testing.

The ZB SEAL™ Closure is manufactured in a clean environment on state-of-the-art automated production lines that can meet the stringent demands of high-volume labs.

The PTFE surface of this cap design is compatible with volatile solvents and can be used with EPA VOA vials used in all methods.

If sample preservation and Zero-Bubble is critical then the ZB SEAL™ Closure is a must.
