ACCU-FUSE™ Vial Kits manufactured by Worldwide Glass Resources® provide a new level of quality and confidence for trouble-free use of limited volume vials.

The ACCU-FUSE™ vial is a glass to glass, sealed in insert, limited volume vial.  It can be ordered individually or pre-packaged with closures as a kit.  Our current line of 24 kitted options include 11mm Large Opening Crimp, 11mm Snap-Ring, 9mm Screw Thread and 10mm Screw Thread vials.  All are offered in both clear and amber.  These are kitted with a wide range of closures to meet your exact needs.  The kits simplify your inventory, and ease accessibility to the vial and closure format you require.  Your preferred vial/closure format at your fingertips.

Our proprietary manufacturing process accurately fuses the insert within the vial to provide unprecedented sealing consistency, improved sample extraction and reduced downtime due to sample leakage or needle breakage.  The ACCU-FUSE™ manufacturing process offers product confidence with dimensional stability for insert overall height and “Z” dimension.  The kitted vial and closure guarantees a perfect mating fit every time.  No loss of sample.  No loss of time.  No loss of money.
