Malvern Panalytical to host Future Days event to engage partners on latest trends and insights of the advanced materials industries
Malvern Panalytical, a leading analytical instrumentation supplier, announces that it will host a unique forward-looking online event, ‘Future Days’, on November 8 to explore the future of energy storage systems and additive manufacturing industries.
By engaging with customers, suppliers, and partners through this two-track event, consisting of two-hour online events, Malvern Panalytical will help bring different industry parties together to discuss and shape what’s next.
Stakeholders in the batteries and additive manufacturing industries – including academic researchers, start-up professionals, and industry R&D experts – are enabling important opportunities in the functional performance, sustainability, and recycling capabilities of their industries. Tapping into these opportunities, however, involves relying on strong material characterization capabilities. Through its range of advanced materials instruments and services, Malvern Panalytical has been a key facilitator of progress to these industries. To harness and share its people’s expertise, as well as to engage professionals in the battery and additive manufacturing industries around the key themes and developments affecting these industries, Malvern Panalytical will host its online Future Days event on November 8.
These events will cover a range of relevant topics, including how these industries can effectively deal with sustainability and recycling, the possibilities for chemistry and analysis within both segments. In addition, the battery manufacturing event track will cover insights into the research around green hydrogen technologies, while the additive manufacturing event track will deep dive into how X-ray fluorescence can detect contaminants in metal powders, how non-destructive testing of additive manufacturing can use X-ray powder diffractions, and the possibilities for automated powder processing systems for metal powders.
