AutoGen introduces a new addition to their instrumentation portfolio, the NeXTRACT 48, a fully automated workflow for extracting viral DNA and RNA.

Autogen, Inc. is pleased to announce the introduction of their newest fully automated workflow, the NeXTRACT 48.  The NeXTRACT 48 is designed for the rapid extraction of viral DNA and/or RNA from a variety of samples including VTM, UVT, and sputum.  This workflow processes 48 samples in 20 minutes and can easily process 800 samples or more per day, providing quick, consistent, and reproducible results.

Compatible with most COVID-19 real-time PCR diagnostic kits, the NeXTRACT 48 is compact, inexpensive, and easily fits into a BSL2 environment.  The NeXTRACT 48 is user friendly and produces archival-quality DNA or RNA with LIMS compatibility.  With its small footprint, ease of use, and ability to process 800 samples daily, the NeXTRACT 48 fulfills a need with just one instrument.
