New products for Wnt Signaling Pathway Research

publication date: Oct 19, 2016

AMSBIO has launched a comprehensive selection of products for Wnt signaling research including recombinant proteins, stable reporter cell lines, polyclonal antibodies and ELISA assay kits.

recombinant proteinsWnt proteins are a family of cysteine-rich secreted polypeptides involved in important cell functions including cell to cell communication, cell proliferation, cell migration, cell polarity, survival and self-renewal. In particular Wnt3a signals play an important role in the ability of organoids to expand. Additionally, loss of activation of Wnt expression has been associated with alteration of cell fate, morphogenesis and mitogenesis which has considerable relevance in developmental biology and oncology research.

AMSBIO has introduced a new range of Wnt human and mouse recombinant proteins available in both high (85 - 90%) and lower (75%) purities. Suitable for various cell based assays and treatments, the human recombinant proteins are purified from HEK293 cells while the mouse proteins are expressed in CHO cells. In addition, AMSBIO also offers a range of Wnt stable reporter cell lines and polyclonal antibodies. The HEK293, HCT-116 or SW480 Wnt stable cell lines all have available matching controls and can be ordered also as a package in pairs.  AMSBIO polyclonal Wnt antibodies are produced in-vivo and are suitable for ELISA, IHC and Lateral Flow applications. For detection of several different Wnt proteins, AMSBIO offers several easy-to-use and sensitive human and mouse ELISA assay kits.
