Also joining Dr. Wu on Wednesday's program of speakers is Gyorgy Abel M.D. Ph.D. who will be presenting on "HPV Molecular Testing in Cervical Cancer Screening" at 4:00 PM EDT. Dr. Abel is the Director of Clinical Immunology and Molecular Diagnostics at Harvard Medical School.

On Thursday October 21^st, James Nichols Ph.D., DABCC, FACB, will be speaking on Thursday October 21^st at 10:00 AM EDT on the topic of "Point-of-care testing: What is it and why does everyone want it?" Dr. Nichols is Medical Director of Clinical Chemistry at Baystate Health and Professor of Pathology at Tufts University School of Medicine. At 4:00 PM EDT that same day, Keith C. Ferdinand,M.D., FACC,FAHA, will be sharing a presentation with attendees on "Strategies for the Management of Hypertension: What to Expect from JNC 8." Dr. Ferdinand is the Adjunct Professor at Morehouse School of Medicine, and Clinical Professor, Cardiology Division at Emory University. Dr. Ferdinand is also Chief Science Officer for the Association of Black Cardiologists (ABC). An additional twenty speakers are confirmed for BioConference Live.
