AMSBIO has introduced the ImmunoPureTM range of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) supplied in proprietary reagents that ensure high survival and recovery rates.
ImmunoPureTM PBMCs are a variety of immune cells derived from the peripheral blood of normal healthy human adult donors collected at IRB-approved blood banks. Seven types are currently available and consist of a variety of immune cells derived from the peripheral blood of normal adults, thereby qualifying them for a diverse number of cell-based experiments. The lymphocyte and monocyte fractions are isolated from whole blood using apheresis, a technology in which the blood of a donor is passed through an apparatus that separates out these fractions, and returns the remainder to the donor's circulation. After depletion of granulocytes, and red blood cell these PBMCs are immediately cryopreserved using proprietary reagents to ensure high cell viability. All cell batches of ImmunoPureTM PBMCs are rigorously tested to be free from infectious agents and analysed for cell viability, cell purity, cell count, and CD markers.
ImmunoPureTM PBMCs the latest addition to a comprehensive collection of primary cells supplied by AMSBIO that represent a diverse and heterogeneous population of donors. As well as a variety of normal human primary cells offered with optimized media, AMSBIO offer viable primary tumour cells from a huge number of cancer types.
