Light scattering, viscosity, concentration, refractive index and UV detection are all available on the TDAmax. It delivers information on absolute molecular weight without correction or extrapolation, oligomeric composition and aggregation, protein size and density, conjugate composition and second virial coefficient. OmniSEC software not only offers standard methodologies for instrument control, analysis and customised reporting, it can also deal with specialised applications, such as the analysis of pegylated proteins.
