J.G. Finneran is the original designer and manufacturer of the Patented Top Hat™ Septa assembled in a polypropylene 24-400mm closure for use with 20mL, 30mL, 40mL and 60mL sampling vials. 

No need for bonding, the .125” thick Top Hat™ PTFE/silicone septa and closure are designed to provide a positive physical lock to assure that the preassembled components arrive intact.  The unique septa/liner is molded to provide a leak proof seal.

• For use on 20mL, 30mL, 40mL and 60mL capacity EPA V.O.A. clear or amber vials
• Unique liner shape mechanically locks into closure, preventing contamination from dropped liners
• Assembled Top Hat™ Closure and Vial available standard, pre-cleaned or pre-cleaned/certified in accordance with recommended EPA Protocol
• Provides specified (0.120” silicone with 0.005" PTFE) liner thickness
• Prevents closure cracking or stripping resulting from inadequate bottle/closure thread contact
• 24-400mm polypropylene closure is available in black, white, red, blue, green and yellow
• Polypropylene closure and Top Hat™ septa are autoclavable
