J.G. Finneran is the original designer and manufacturer of the Glastic Vial - Glass Insert/Plastic Outside Vial.  Glastic is a unique combination of Type I low extractable borosilicate glass insert and a clear or amber thermoplastic polymer outer vial shell

The vial and insert are fused together keeping the insert in place.  This design enables accurate automated injection.  The glass insert is the only contact between the sample and the seal. The 12x32mm Glastic Vial has a 100µL or 600µL capacity, while the 15x45mm vial has a 300µL capacity.

The 12x32mm Glastic Vial is available with an 11mm Snap Ring™ Crimp Finish, an 8-425mm Screw Thread Finish or 9mm Screw Thread Finish.  These vials are specifically designed to work in robotic arm autosamplers such as those available from Agilent and others.

The 15x45mm Glastic Vial is available with our patented 13mm Snap Seal™ Crimp Top Finish or the standard 13-425mm Screw Thread Finish.  The vials are designed to work in Shimadzu and Waters WISP™ 48 Position autosamplers.
