Copley Scientific is exhibiting its market leading inhaled
product testing systems at Analytica 2012 (17-20 April; Munich, Germany),
together with instruments from the company's comprehensive range of solid
dosage testing equipment.
Inhaler testing systems from Copley Scientific are used throughout the pharmaceutical industry and are supported by a team with specialist knowledge and expertise in this area. Visitors to the stand can discuss their specific inhaled product testing requirements and learn about Copley Scientific's range of cascade impactors and the accessories that ease and streamline workflow.
On show will be: the NGI (Next Generation Impactor) equipped with Gentle Rocker dissolution tool; the ACI (Andersen Cascade Impactor) equipped with the Alberta Throat , a more ‘patient-representative' alternative to the standard induction port; and the recently-introduced FSA (Fast Screening Andersen) and FSI (Fast Screening Impactor) tools for abbreviated impactor measurement.
For solid dosage testing, visitors can put the rugged Dissolution Tester DIS 8000 with Sampilio SX8 E Dissolution Autosampler through its paces. With eight stirred test vessels the DIS8000 is ideal for both R&D and routine quality control applications. For those involved in dissolution testing of inhaled products, there is the opportunity to explore a wide range of inhaler dissolution testing accessories.
