Perform 6 reactions at once, from 5ml to 250ml

The Carousel 6 reaction station from Radleys ( sets the standard for increasing the productivity of your bench-top chemistry.

The Carousel 6 provides chemists with a simple and convenient tool that can be configured to simultaneously stir up to six reactions at -85°C to +200°C, in a range of round bottom flasks from 5ml to 250ml. Drop-in aluminium inserts provide the flexibility for different size reaction flasks to be used in a single system. An integral reflux head with central gas inlet and radial distribution system, combined with PTFE caps, allows reactions to be carried out under an inert atmosphere.

The affordability and modularity of the Carousel 6 brings all the productivity benefits of parallel synthesis to individual chemists at a fraction of the cost of comparable systems. Designed by chemists for chemists, the Carousel 6 is easy to set-up and requires minimal training time. The small footprint of the Carousel 6 means that it uses the minimum of fumehood space. The unit allows each reaction flask to be clearly visible and easily accessible for addition of reagents. With no electrical or moving parts the Carousel 6 has proven itself in thousands of installations worldwide to be reliable and maintenance free.

The Carousel 6 also has a range of complimentary add-on modules to enhance its functionality. These include the Storm heating/cooling work station for controlled temperature profiles such as crystallisation studies. Plus the Tornado overhead stirring module, which allows the stirring of viscous liquids such as polymers, with a range of PTFE stirring blades.
