Particle Analyzer CAMSIZER XT - a success in every respect

Particle Analyzer CAMSIZER XTThe success of Retsch Technology's CAMSIZER XT which has been available since March 2011, has exceeded all expectations. The analyzer, which extends the application range of the well-proven CAMSIZER towards smaller particle sizes and agglomerating materials, has been enthusiastically received by the market. Many new customers in Germany and other countries are using the CAMSIZER XT for applications from a wide range of areas such as construction materials, food or pharmaceutical products. The possibility to analyze not only the particle size (in a range from 1 µm to 3 mm) but also the particle shape is perceived as an important benefit. The various convenient dispersion options allow for perfect adaptation of the analyzer to the user's requirements.

The new CAMSIZER XT is characterized by:

Precision
  • Dynamic Image Analysis with wide measuring range from 1 µm to 3 mm
  • Simultaneous determination of particle size and particle shape
  • Sensitive detection of oversized and undersized particles
Efficiency
  • Short measurement times from 1 to 3 min
  • Measurement results 100% compatible to sieve analysis, if required
  • Extensive reporting at the push of a button
Flexibility
  • Modular design
  • Dispersion options include air pressure, gravity and liquids
  • Quick and easy change of measuring module
