OGT and Cartagenia Collaborate in Automated Aberration Data Transfer
Jun 11, 2010Oxford Gene Technology (OGT), provider of innovative clinical genetics and diagnostic solutions to advance molecular medicine, today announced that its CytoSureTM Interpret Software can now seamlessly transfer array comparative genomic hybridisation (aCGH) aberration data directly to Cartagenia's BenchTM constitutional cytogenetics platform.
Cartagenia announced today that it has signed an agreement with the International Standards for Cytogenomic Arrays (ISCA) Consortium to set up an automated data acquisition pipeline based on Cartagenia’s BENCH data management solution.
