v-kit delivers efficient, independent, cost-effective chromatography instrument qualification.

initia kits and tools-200px.jpgv-kit is a unique product for the independent IQ/OQ/PQ qualification of HPLC, GC and GC-MS systems. v-kit was developed to provide a complete, out-of-the-box solution for chromatography instrument qualification, regardless of make. The advantages of vendor-independence include cost savings of up to 80%, and a standard platform to harmonise qualification across different makes of equipment, even in various locations.

v-kit InitiaLC and InitiaGC are the starting points. They contain the software, traceable reference standards, parts, SOPs and logbook for the first HPLC or GC qualification. There’s also the option to separately buy tools including pressure, flow and temperature meters, or they can be supplied bundled with the Initia kits for a complete one-pack solution for instrument qualification.

Initia kits are then topped up as required using refill packs, which can be ordered in any quantity for all system configurations.

More than just a product, the unique design of v-kit enables qualification to be delivered as a service by equipment end-users, or by designated local service providers – such as NLG Analytical in the UK.

Used correctly, v-kit can aid compliance to regulations issued by international regulatory authorities such as FDA (USA), MHRA (UK), IMB (Ireland) etc.

Launched in 2003, v-kit has grown to become the standard qualification platform for quality-conscious organisations in many different sectors, who appreciate the time, effort and cost savings it delivers.
