The Universal Cutting Mills PULVERISETTE 19 from FRITSCH are ideal for comminution of dry, soft to hard, tough to brittle, fibrous as well as temperature-sensitive materials.

Due to the variable speed adjustment between 300-3000 rpm, a fast and effective fine comminution is possible. On the other hand, with the low-speed Universal Cutting Mill with 50-700 rpm, extremely powerful comminution with really low thermal load is achieved.

The main features of the Universal Cutting Mills PULVERISETTE 19

  • Variable adjustable rotor speed - for fine as well as powerful comminution
  • Optimised Clean Design - improved protection against cross-contamination due to hygienically revised grinding chamber construction
  • Flywheel mass to stabilise the drive torque even under extreme loads
  • Available as corrosion resistant stainless-steel versions for the analytical sector, food and pharmaceutical industry

Different funnels, collecting vessels and rotors with various knife geometries and replaceable blades, practical sieve cassettes and a multitude of patented ideas make daily use simple and your work easier.

A particularly effective comminution is achieved by combining the Universal Cutting Mill with a FRITSCH Cyclone separator for sample exhaustion.

Your advantages for sample exhaustion with the Cyclone separators:

  • easier sample feeding
  • significantly higher throughput
  • minimised thermal load
  • higher final finenesses - even with materials that are difficult to grind.

The extensive FRITSCH Cutting Mill range offers with 6 different Cutting Mill models, extensive accessories, max. feed size from 70 x 70 mm to 120 x 85 mm, max. throughput from 50 l/h to 85 l/h, final finenesses from 0.2 – 20 mm and a wide variety of speed ranges for every application the right solution.

Efficient grinding of Cannabis, Hemp & Co.

The Universal-Cutting Mills PULVERISETTE 19 are ideally for easy homogenisation of flowers, leaf samples and crystalline isolates, for efficient extraction of cannabis oil, for optimisation of the particle size for CO2 or EtOH extraction yield and for improvement of your quality control.
