Evident’s popular PRECiV™ image analysis software now powers our DSX1000 digital microscope, bringing new levels of ease of use and usability.

With the launch of PRECiV v. 2.1.1, a single, unified software program can now be used to control all our manual, motorized, and digital industrial microscopes.

More Flexible and More Powerful

PRECiV DSX makes using the DSX1000 digital microscope even simpler, providing seamless control over all motorized functions for greater speed and accuracy. The software supports the entire DSX1000 lineup, including tilting and upright frames, standard and universal zoom heads, the DSX console, DSX manual, motorized and rotatable stages and the full suite of DSX objective lenses.

Users in labs with multiple types of industrial microscopes will be able to use a single software platform—PRECiV—to control their systems and analyze their images, saving time and reducing the learning curve for new users.

Advanced Imaging and Measurements

PRECiV DSX software enables sophisticated 2D and 3D measurements in a user-friendly workflow. The software natively supports simple 3D measurements and for more advanced measurements, PRECiV DSX makes it simple to export the images to our 3D analysis app for additional analysis. The software also supports AI-enhanced analysis for capabilities that go beyond traditional algorithms, like image segmentation and feature discrimination.

Customized and Connected

PRECiV DSX software can be tailored to individual needs. Basic users can set up the interface to show only basic features while experts can access the full suite of functions. Repetitive imaging tasks can easily be automated using macro recordings, streamlining workflows and simplifying complex measurements.

The software makes it easy to share data and instrument status information. It is integrated with Microsoft 365, enabling powerful reporting functionality and the ability to make custom report templates in Word or PowerPoint.
