Hot topics include food safety, homeland security, bioanalytical science
Pittcon is pleased to announce the 2016 Technical Program that includes over 2,000 technical presentations offered in symposia, oral sessions, workshops, awards, and posters. The core of the Technical Program, analytical chemistry and applied spectroscopy, covers a wide range of applications such as, but not limited to, biotechnology, biomedical, drug discovery, environmental, food science, fuels/energy, genomics, lab management, life science, materials science, nanotechnology, polymers/plastics, proteomics and water/wastewater. The Technical Program, begins on Sunday, March 6 and runs through Thursday, March 10, 2016.
A few of the symposia highlights of the Technical Program include:
- “Detection of Hepatitis B Virus DNA with a Paper Electrochemical Sensor,” will be presented by Richard Crooks, University of Texas at Austin, March 9, 2:10 p.m.
