OGT and Intelliseq forge partnership to advance clinical and biological insight from NGS data
Collaboration will enable users to readily and simply interpret variant calls made by OGT’s NGS software via the Intelliseq iFlow™ engine.
OGT, a Sysmex Group Company and leading global provider of genomic research and diagnostic solutions, is delighted to announce its new partnership with Intelliseq, a genome informatics company and innovative provider of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis solutions. This collaboration combines OGT's expansive SureSeq™ NGS portfolio with Intelliseq's state-of-the-art iFlow™ engine, resulting in a thorough and comprehensive NGS workflow—from sample to report. This advancement will greatly enhance lab productivity by automating the interpretation of NGS data and deliver actionable insights into cancer.
