The compact top-loading QCS EV150 autoclave has been developed by Priorclave specifically to give laboratories with limited floor space the opportunity to acquire a versatile autoclave that affords easy loading and programming.  In addition to a standard format Priorclave is able to supply this autoclave in a vacuum.

QCS EV seriesDesigned with a 150 litre chamber and depth of 720mm, the QCS EV150 offers the real practical benefits of being able to sterilise both short and tall items side by side in a single process to help labs increase sterilisation throughout.

The QCS EV150 was designed and is manufactured by Priorclave at its British manufacturing centre.  Here, many years’ experience of steam steriliser design, use of quality materials, robust build programmes and stringent QA procedures ensure that this and the many other Priorclaves that leave this world-renowned manufacturing centre deliver reliable, repeatable sterilising performance

The QCS top loading autoclaves will appeal to laboratory managers in diverse industrial sectors such as food, drink, dairy, pharmaceutical, agricultural, education, healthcare as well as dedicated research establishments for sterilising applications such as media preparation, liquids and diluent, waste, glassware instruments and pieces of apparatus that need superior cleansing.

The QCS EV150 electrically heated autoclave features one of the easiest and safest, single handed door opening systems, a design developed by the company many years ago and still as practical today.  Each autoclave is supplied complete with a stainless steel load support plate and three stainless steel mesh baskets. Stainless steel waste containers are also available to suit this autoclave.

Easy programme setting is through the advanced Tactrol®2 microprocessor controller which guides user through simple step-by-step set up of sterilising parameters as well as keeping a log of temperature, pressure, time and cycle data.  The data is held in an archive file which can be subsequently downloaded onto a USB flash drive for transfer to computer for transmission to Priorclave’s Service Centre for technical assistance if required, helping fine-tuning the autoclave to achieve maximum performance and efficiency.

The QCS top loading autoclaves are designed to improve a laboratories sterilising efficiency, features such as delayed start and media warming function as standard for ready to pour media at the start of the day, forced air cooling as standard helping to reduce cycle times and automatic timed free-steaming as standard for improved air removal.

The QCS EV range of autoclaves is part of a comprehensive autoclave range designed and manufactured by Priorclave.  If the QCS EV150 does not have sufficient chamber size there are plenty of other models available including front loading, power door and double-door designs, manufactured by Priorclave in UK.  Visit the web site to see the entire standard range – for those unique requirements Priorclave is able to design and build to match exacting requirements.
