Purite has launched a new swap out scheme that will save money and bring peace of mind to laboratories that run water purification units.

The company will replace any existing unit, Purite or any other brand, that is reaching end-of-life, or requiring repair/service, and replace it with a new machine, for any customer who takes out a Purite exchange service package. This means that lab customers taking up the offer receive a brand new water purification unit plus all the benefits of a Purite service contract. The contract includes one annual visit to review the system, unlimited breakdown call-outs, all labour and travel costs, all non-consumable parts and a replacement RO Membrane that typically lasts for 3 to 5 years.

With protection from a Purite contract water quality and continuity of supply are assured, system specification is maintained, frequency of breakdowns is limited or avoided completely and, ultimately, system life is extended. The customer also enjoys optimised budget spend and peace of mind, with fast, speedy support from qualified engineers in the event of a breakdown.
