With continuing expansion in the Far East, Titian guarantees local customer support

Leading sample management software provider, Titian Software, is making strategic investments in China to support the growing global popularity of its Mosaic sample management software. As part of this, Titian has recently granted exclusive distribution rights to LBD Life Sciences, who will represent Titian’s Mosaic in China and provide a more accessible support service for Chinese customers. Based in Shanghai, a dedicated Application Support Specialist with advanced technical and operational knowledge of Mosaic will be on-hand, providing new and existing users with a local contact for readily available help and expertise.

Titian continues its successful expansion in the Far East, and last year saw the integration of Mosaic software into another three major Chinese research institutions and commercial R&D facilities, with further sites under discussion. The new distributorship agreement allows LBD Life Sciences China to respond to the growing demand for an efficient sample management set-up, and explore further opportunities for Mosaic with Chinese customers.
