Huber presents the 4 aces of Temperature Control!

Huber has a winning hand with a suite of very compact, high efficiency and low-cost products.

Huber PR65 - 4 Aces of Temperature controlHuber offers temperature control systems to match the demands of almost any application requirement. Ranging from the Unistat Hybrid, which can be integrated into centralised systems for large volume reactors, to small chillers, immersion and circulation thermostats. Despite their size, these units are real all-rounders, offering incredible power with small foot prints and environmentally friendly refrigeration – making them truly product aces.

The Petite Fleur with a working temperature of -40 °C to +200 °C is the smallest, hydraulically sealed dynamic temperature control system in the Unistat series and ideally suited to control small research reactors.

Since its launch, the Petite Fleur has become a bestseller in the Huber product range. The Petite Fleur has unique thermodynamic properties and in comparison to other machines, the Petite Fleur is unrivaled when it comes to responsive temperature control.

Huber Ministats are the smallest cooling thermostats in the world! Despite their size they have enough power to thermoregulate photometers, refractometers, viscosimeters, distillation apparatus, reactor vessels and mini plants. Their compact form allows them to be placed in areas where space is at a premium, for example laboratory extraction hoods. Ministats are available in 3 models with a temperature range from -45 °C to +200 °C and cooling capacities of 600 watts. They can be used to control externally closed applications or alternatively objects can be thermoregulated directly within the bath.

The compact Minichiller is designed as a space saving tower and with a footprint of just 225 x 360 mm it takes up less bench space than many laptops. With a temperature range of -20 °C to +40 °C and cooling capacity of 300 watts at 15 °C, Minichillers are ideal for cooling reaction blocks, vapour traps, vacuum pump condensers, rotary evaporators or heat exchangers, supplying predictable and correct pressure, flow and temperature to applications resulting in tangible process efficiencies. It ensures constant temperatures and highly efficient condensation of flow through vapours. The Minichiller is designed for continuous operation in ambient temperatures up to +40 °C.

The Compatible Control models and the simpler MPC circulators are modern classics. Both product lines represent classically constructed laboratory circulators with open baths. The pump, control sensor, heater and evaporator are all located at the back part of the bath. This allows the use of both, optional calibration inserts for high precision calibration and also displacement inserts for increasing system temperature dynamics. Baths and circulators for heating applications up to +300 °C are available, as well as models for heating and cooling applications from -90 °C to +200 °C.
