The new website is an online store offering more than 400 oligo modifications, including phosphotyrosine and thiazole orange—from one to seventeen in a single oligo. Sequences are as small as 2 mers, 3 mers and 4 mers.

In particular, the online store also offers a unique, easy-to-use configuration tool for customers requiring a custom DNA or RNA oligo sequence.  Users input scale, synthesis, formulation and purification.  Next, users input their base sequence and select the appropriate 5’ Mod, internal modifications and 3’ Mod and the configurator does the rest.  All sequence details are captured and displayed, available to save or share.  Pricing is also automatically calculated in real-time.
