Taq Master Mix

This more powerful tool will now give you more promising results and yield in your DNA amplification work even cheaper.

Vivantis is pleased to announce the new 2X At Taq Master Mix (Hot Start). For a limited time there is a 20% off introductory offer. This more powerful tool will now give you more promising results and yield in your DNA amplification work.

The 2X At Taq Master Mix is an optimised ready-to-use 2X concentrated DNA amplification mixture containing At Taq DNA Polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTPs, and MgCl2. At Taq DNA polymerase is a complex of specific anti-Taq monoclonal antibody with top quality thermostable Taq DNA Polymerase for automatic “Hot Start” amplification, resulting in greatly improved amplification specificity, sensitivity, and yield.

2X At Taq Master Mix is suitable for all routine DNA amplification applications with reduced artifacts such as primer-dimer formation and mispriming in multiplex amplification.

Its main features include time saving and reduced contamination due to reduced number of pipetting steps and stability for up to 6 months at 40C which allows immediate reaction without the time consuming thawing of reagents.

Samples are available upon request but there are only a limited number so act fast to contact your local Vivantis distributor.

Vivantis is a research-based biotechnology company who, for many years have specialized in the production of Restriction Enzymes, DNA extraction kits, DNA amplification reagents and other related products for molecular biology research. The Company has strong markets in Asia and the USA and has recently opened a European centre to help expand their activities and support a growing customer base.

Says Vivantis “Say goodbye to artifacts such as primer-dimer formation and mispriming in multiplex amplification.  Take this opportunity to receive 20% discount while stocks last”
