Sure Laboratories was demerged from BlueGnome Ltd in early 2010 in order to meet a growing demand for clinical microarray services. BlueGnome is a leading global supplier of microarray. It's CytoChip platform (www.cytochip.com) is used in over 25 countries to investigate constitutional genetic disorders and it's 24sure platform (www.24suretest.com) was first to deliver 24 chromosome PGS aneuploidy screening of single cells in IVF applications. Sure Laboratories is currently processing large numbers of clinical PGS cases for IVF centres in the UK and is undertaking CPA/ISO 15189 accreditation in order to offer a broader range of clinical cytogenetic services.
