New high-capacity fi xed-angle Rotor FA-6x250 for up to 6 × 250 mL bottles Rotor FA-6x250 extends the application range of large benchtop Centrifuge 5910 R and Centrifuge 5920 R. This includes harvesting of bacteria, algae and yeast, as well as mammalian cells in vessels up to 250 mL. A further scope of application is plasmid DNA extractions and lysate clearance after cell lysis. A broad range of 12 different adapters minimizes the need of rotor exchanges during the workflow, since numerous vessel types with various volumes can be used with just a switch of adapters.
