Hoses with smooth internal wall for shorter heating and cooling times

Temperature control hoses with improved flow characteristicsThe product portfolio of Huber Kältemaschinenbau comprises special temperature control hoses with smooth internal wall which improve the flow characteristics and thermal transfer. Compared to traditional hoses with fluted internal wall, these hoses accelerate the heating and cooling processes. Tests with different reactor system at Unistats have shown a reduction of the heating and cooling times of up to 30%, depending on the application. The insulated hoses can be used with operating temperatures of -60 °C to +260 °C. They are available in lengths of 100, 150, 200, and 300 cm. By means of connecting threads on both ends (choose from M24/30/38 x 1,5), the hoses can be coupled directly to reactor systems, autoclaves, synthesizer or distillation units.
