Scitara and IDT present a composable IT architecture platform at Lab of The Future Europe 2023
Innovator in laboratory digital transformation and leading global provider of cloud-based solutions for science, Scitara, presents its Digital Lab Exchange DLX™ platform as the missing link that enables laboratories to embrace true digital transformation and develop a modern composable enterprise-led IT strategy at Lab of the Future Europe 2023.
Composable enterprise, a term coined by Gartner, is now the standard in IT development to help teams work faster and more efficiently. Translating a composable enterprise into the laboratory involves integrating automation, advanced reporting capabilities and workflow applications and can be supported by adopting a highly specialized integration platform as a service (iPaaS). A true iPaaS for science designed for the laboratory environment, Scitara’s cloud-based DLX offers seamless integration through easily configurable connectors and a low to no-code automation interface to keep lab data accessible, mobile and easily retrievable.
Scitara is joined at the Lab of the Future congress by customer Navjyot Waghmare, Digital Transformation Expert at IDT, who comments: “The Scitara DLX connectivity architecture adapts to a wide variety of platforms to link the legacy and modern lab applications that exist in the lab ecosystem. This flexibility of design is the essence of a composable enterprise. No longer are these types of workflows developed within a monolithic ELN or LIMS with a proprietary automation language. The Scitara DLX has a broad connectivity strategy that addresses the diversity of technologies and resources that exist in the lab.”
Geoff Gerhardt, Chief Technical Officer at Scitara said: “The Lab of the Future congress comes hot on the heels of our partner announcement with Revvity Signals Software, which will accelerate digital transformation in the lab by connecting previously disparate instruments, systems and resources within a consistent and scalable environment. Combining Scitara’s DLX technology with Revvity’s Signals platform helps take the Revvity suite to a new level of digital transformation.”
Following the congress, Scitara hosted a European User Meeting, to host conversations regarding customer experiences, offer input on the forthcoming product pipeline and give delegates an exclusive sneak peek into the roadmap for 2024. The main aim was to collect feedback from users and the wider lab community to influence future strategies.
