Fourth European Activate Science Draws to a Close
Fisher Scientific - part of Thermo Fisher Scientific - saw its biggest audience to date at this year’s Activate Science European road-show.
On 25 November 2014, the series of interactive laboratory expo events drew to a close, having welcomed 2400 delegates through its doors. The event offered customers across Europe the opportunity to try out the latest laboratory equipment and to meet the people behind the products; GE Healthcare, Fisherbrand and Mettler Toledo were amongst the exhibitors, offering product demonstrations and exclusive seminars in 27 different locations.
Andrew Dayer, Business Manager at SCHOTT UK Ltd attended as an exhibitor to showcase the new DURAN Youtility media bottle range and described Activate Science as “a great series of events”.
Rupa Ark, Fisher Scientific Commercial Product Manager for UK & Ireland was at the helm of the Activate Science events and has been delighted with the response -“The road-show is such a valuable opportunity for us to get out and meet customers and discuss first hand our extensive range of products and applications. It’s been a pleasure to see so many customers get hands-on with all the latest lab gear”.
Activate Science will return to venues across Europe in 2015.
