The Calibrex™ bottle-top dispensers from Socorex® are robust instruments with excellent chemical resistance and easy maintenance.

Intended for the safe and reproducible liquid distribution, the line includes 7 different sizes: 0.1-1 / 0.25-2.5 / 0.5-5 / 1-10 / 2.5-25 / 5-50 / 10-100 mL. All models are fully autoclavable at 121°C / 250°F. For the accurate and safe delivery of all reagents, choosing the correct dispenser for the right instance is advised.

Calibrex™ organo 525 includes a ground glass or ceramic plunger, both best suited for organics and non-crystallising acid and base solutions.

Calibrex™ solutae 530 has a glass or ceramic PFA coated plunger for trouble free distribution of salt solutions, weak and strong acids and bases.

One-handed volume setting

Volume setting with a spring-loaded sliding cursor that softly moves up and down along a dual scale for precise graduation. The one-handed activation provides convenience with each use. The optional flow control stopcock enables liquid priming and recycling without reagent loss or contamination, as well as a locking position for safe dispenser transportation.

Permanent Visibility and Robustness

A safety transparent thick sleeve around the barrel and delivery jet window allows liquid flow monitoring. At the same time, it reduces risks of spillage in case of breakage. The instrument rotates 360° for an adequate positioning on the bottle, which makes the volume clearly visible from any position. The glass barrel with thick walls contributes to overall dispenser robustness.

Uncomplicated maintenance

Key elements such as valves, plunger, barrel and delivery jet are removable in seconds for deep cleaning. This keeps the dispenser in perfect working condition for an extensive time. A printed QR code on the instrument gives instant access to an up-to-date chemical resistance chart. Users can immediately check the compatibility of the instruments with their reagents.

Easy In-lab calibration

Access to the calibration mechanism is protected by a safety seal sticker. The integrated key is located under the plunger cap. Engraved +/- arrows allow for an easy and precise setting.

Supplied “Ready to use”

Supplied with 45 mm base thread, 120 mm delivery jet and stopper, 350 mm feed tube, alternative screw-type volume setting button, three adapters for bottle necks 32, 38 and 40 mm, each dispenser bears its own serial number and passes a stringent quality control attested by an individual certificate. Two-year warranty.
