Surface Cleanliness Test of packing materials

PAMAS-SVSS_produkt_full.jpgSurface cleanliness of stoppers can be tested measuring the number and size of particulate matter. Particles are collected from the tested product immersing it in clean water. Then the water is analysed by PAMAS SVSS particle counter.

1. Background test

Particle number in clean water is measured by PAMAS SVSS.

The results are stored in the PC (blank).

2. Preparation of the sample

The stopper is immersed and shaked in known volume of clean water flushing particles out from surface of the product.

3. Measurement of particles

Particle number and their size is measured by PAMAS SVSS particle counter.
