Diba Appoints Joe Turgeon to VP of Operations
Diba, the leader in custom engineered fluid handling solutions for invitro diagnostic (IVD), medical and scientific systems, has named Joe Turgeon Vice President of Operations.
Diba's components, fittings and assemblies are used in high quality fluid path applications for clinical and scientific companies worldwide. As VP of Operations, Turgeon will guide the company's strategic growth by streamlining its manufacturing and supply chain processes around the world. He will oversee Diba's domestic and international operations, as well as manage the company's quality assurance efforts to guarantee that a high standard of quality is met.
Turgeon brings with him a wealth of experience in medical and laboratory product manufacturing. Prior to his appointment with Diba, Turgeon was Senior Operations Consultant with Medical Catalyst Group (San Diego, CA), a consulting firm for medical product and laboratory operations companies. Before that, he was Vice President of Operations for Ikonisys (New Haven, CT) and Director of Operations for 454 Life Sciences/ Roche Diagnostics (Branford, CT) and Quest Diagnostics (San Juan Capistrano, CA). Turgeon attended Wentworth Institute of Technology (Boston, MA), where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Technology.
