Analytik’s social media presence has quickly evolved from an experimental marketing approach to become an essential tool, central to our future growth and development strategy. Social media channels allow Analytik to maintain real-time connections with our customers and show the more personalised and human elements of our services.
Social media is about engaging with an online audience and sharing relevant, interesting and informative content. Our fast growing social network presence offers new opportunities for Analytik to share our own stories, announce information, activities, news and achievements from our customers, suppliers and other partners, opening new channels of communications with all.
Speaking about Analytik’s new social media vision, Managing Director, Ian Laidlaw, says “At first we only had a relatively minimal LinkedIn and Twitter presence, followed by Google+ and YouTube. Being a B2B company, we’ve tended previously to view social media as more useful and effective for companies selling directly to consumers. Our view is now changing as it becomes more important and valuable to both provide details of products and services on the company website, but also to add more regular and personal engagement through social media content. Analytik is excited to add Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest to our social media network so we can expand our social portfolio, make our brand more visible, and regularly and openly share the more personal and human side of our business in different ways within a more diverse range of media”.
