Achieve superior plate sealing with the new Flexi-Seal thermal plate sealer from Anachem. It’s desktop and small footprint design allows the sealer to be presented and loaded in either a portrait or landscape position. Such flexibility enables it to perfectly integrate with laboratory automated systems including the Anachem Flexus Liquid Handler, further advancing existing application capabilities.

Developed and implemented to save costs, the flexi-sealer has an interchangeable heater block, that enhances seal and re-seal capacity and reduces plate surface damage. This flexible block option seals plates at a higher throughput, including those with higher rims, without compromising the quality of the seals. Easy to use and RS-232 controlled this integration friendly instrument has a touch panel display screen enabling users to hand load the seal roll without the aid of a loading device.

The Flexi-Seal plate sealer seals SBS format microwell plates of heights between 3 to 60mm, within a time range of between 0.1 and 9.9 seconds. It is also compatible with both Scorpion and OEM stackers. Other key features include auto plate present, foil present and low air sensors. The seals for the Flexi-Seal plate sealer are also now available from Anachem.
