Christine Wade has recently joined the Priorclave Customer Care Team with special responsibility for co-ordinating every aspect of service support for its range of laboratory and research grade autoclaves. 

She will liaise directly with customers to confirm delivery dates and schedule commissioning by the service engineers for a speedy installation.  Another key role is planning and scheduling routine maintenance visits to ensure year-on-year performance for proper sterilisation as well as responding to emergency call-out requests.
